I have substantial experience and expertise in wealth structuring and wealth preservation for high-net-worth individuals and families, investment fund formation, international taxation, and WealthTech.
Known for my fierce defense of offshore jurisdictions, I also define myself as a champion of international tax competition, a defender of privacy, and an advocate of estate planning. Pioneer in using social networks, I engage with my community to exchange ideas and opinions.
Over the years, I have received numerous awards and have been recognized by several rankings of lawyers and publications in my areas of expertise.

I’m an internationally recognized speaker with over two decades of experience. I have published three books that made the Top 100 of Amazon’s best sellers in the category “Legal books in Spanish”. At one point, all of them, were listed within the Top 5.
My work has also been published in numerous outlets, including Forbes, Infobae, Funds Society, the STEP Journal, El American, the International Finance Review, the Cato Institute magazine, MDZ and El Observador, and I have appeared in media shows in CNN, La Nacion+, MegaTV, among others.
In 2020, I created a Diploma in Estate Planning and International Taxation together with the University of CEMA, in Argentina, where every year we have more than 200 students, most of them successful professionals, from all over Latin America.
